History
The research group "Constructive Cybernetics" was established in 2001. The founder and leader of the group is a Ph.D. (cybernetics), Andrey V. Makarenko.
Our group has unique experience in the implementation of scientific and practical projects related to modeling and the study of complex systems, processes and phenomena, including the poorly formalized.
